Yellow unfiltered wheat beer with fruity and spices flavors. I detect a Belgian yeast flavor and it's very similar to all the fruity beers from the brewery Unibroue.

Pale yellow and cloudy color with medium lace. Citrus and spicy aromas are pronounced and immediately invites you to taste. I don't know why but each time I went to take a sip I detected a hint of cinnamon overtones. In any event, carbonated and crisp - I didn't taste too much, if any, bitterness - giving a little panache and punch to the drinking session. Delicious beer overall. I've come to learn I really enjoy 'white' (Belgian witbiers) beers having a Hoegaarden last night with my meal.

Straw and filtered with little carbonation, and 3 fingers of white head. Leaves a nice lacing.
Smells of phenols, Belgian yeasts, peaches and coriander.
Taste follows the nose, and comes together in one, smooth drinkability.
Light body, with soft, moderate carbonation.
I got this in Gatineau, QC, and am drinking it in Muskoka, ON, April 22nd, 2018. Perfect, perhaps, for the style.

Microbrasserie Charlevoix "Dominus Vobiscum Blanche"
on tap @ Bateu de Nuit on 2 Octobre 2014
$6.25 / pint
Notes: Hazy pale straw gold body beneath a white head. Better than average head retention and lacing. The aroma is floral (almost like hand lotion at points), mildly citrusy, and like carrot cake.. ginger? There's less coriander than usual for a witbier so there must be something going on. It's interesting! The flavor brings in some fruit (orange, sweetened lemon and wheaty malt, and the spiciness remains with an additional hint of clove. Moderately bitter but dry n the finish with lingering spice. Medium bodied and effervescently crisp.

This is a super nice beer. It have been added with spice, and the smell is wonderfull. The taste is very very good also.
This beer is the kind of taste I look into a beer.
Continue to make it I'm a serious buyer, The only problem it doesn't get widely distributed.
Next time I see this one I'll buy it for sure.
WOW

This is a great wheat beer. The taste profile is unique with a very spicy character. The chamomile notes are a very pleasant surprise. This is almost in its own category as far as wheat beers go. Great beer.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is really surprising, witbier but with some very interesting spices. Makes me think of gingerbread but I don't know which spice exactly I get. Taste follows with the same notes, slightly sweet and spicy but still very refreshing. Body is medium and has a crisp carbonation. Very enjoyable, interesting and well made witbier.
