Tasted on July 18, 2009.

The beer is apparently a slightly modified beer that is available at the brewpub.

A: Pale yellow, a little fuzzy. Big dense head. Very cloudy looking head.
S: Very strong smell. Fruity (pears) with a little touch of belgian yeast. Banana (light).
T: More belgian yeast and then fruity, slightly complex taste. Very refreshing beer.
M: Medium body.
D: Could drink this a lot in a hot day!

A very good belgian pale ale.

Bottle: Poured a hazy beige color ale with a super huge white foamy head with perfect retention and good lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with some Belgian style malt. Taste is also a very nice and refreshing mix between some fruity ester with some nice Belgian malt and a hoppy finish with what appears to be some Saaz or other European green hops. Body is full with perfect carbonation and no alcohol was showing. Very well done and I wish more brewer would brew easily drinkable Belgian ale.
