What I had: Alchemist Heady Topper out of the can, Insalata Mista salad, The Leonardo Pie, Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc for the Mrs.
What I liked: Spacious and attractive interior resembles a newly-built country club, service was amicable and attentive, we enjoyed the privacy of our two-seater booth by the window, pizza and salad were delicious (you can tell they use fresh ingredients), prices are fair, solid beer and wine options with local crafters Lost Nation, Hill Farmstead, Switchback, and Long Trail represented on the tap list.
What I disliked: The draught menu doesn’t compare to the top beer pubs in Waterbury, and the styles are a little redundant (lots of amber ales), but I was still impressed with most of the selections.
Would I go back? Yes.

Lat weekend they had: Heddy Topper, Focal Banger, and Sip o Sunshine. I never got around to beer on tap that I wanted to try. Pizza not greasy, which I like, especially when having a few beers. The only negative is that parking is a bit limited. They also have a few large televisions around the place.

Nice place within walking distance of Idletyme Brewpub. Pretty clean, nice going service, about 12 taps of some pretty good beers. Service was quick. Cans of Heady and Focal are offered. Food is very good. Recommend when you're in town but then again, there's a bunch of stellar places in Stowe, so it can be hard to decide depending upon how long one is in town. Love this place!

Good place to stop by in Stowe to grab some tasty pizza and try some local beers and ciders. Prices are fair and they usually have some Heady Topper readily available.

Don't let the craft nerd ego and beard get in the way when grading this place- it's convenient, open great hours, awesome bartender, awesome food, and Heady readily available. And if you're staying in Stowe it's hard not coming here daily because it's just so clean and spacious.

It's Vermont pizza, with a bunch of local taps! There is certainly a time and place for it, so don't let your ego get in the way. If you're hard-pressed for time, and want a good local brew with some fast food, this is the place to go. Once the Alchemist opens right down the road, this place is going to get even busier with beer tourism. My only hope is that they can up their offerings.

A decent little pizza place / bar in Stowe. Atmosphere is basic...it's a pizza place with a bar. Can get a little frantic since it's a family-friendly place, with the bar only staying open late on Fridays and Saturdays, and a 9pm close time every other day.
Beer selection was decent. Heady Topper flows here, as well as a few other local options, and some more common stuff like Harpoon down to PBR. There seemed to be a lot of cider on tap times I've been there, which is a downer for me since I don't really care about cider, but with the cider industry booming, especially in VT, I suppose it's good to have the options for apple-happy folks. No complaints about the service.
The food was okay. I've only had the pizza (obviously a major menu component here). It is decent, but as a Philly native who also frequents New York and Chicago, I'll just say these guys have a lot to learn about pizza. And the price for what you get on the pie is pretty much a rip off.
Good for an evening snack and/or a beer if you're in Stowe and don't feel like wandering down to Waterbury, but it's not a place I'd frequent. There are a ton of better dining options in Stowe, but not many places I've seen with a decent tap list, so in that sense, Piecasso is a valid choice.

Driving home from work it is very hard not to pull in to see what's new on tap. Thursday (3/15/12) they had a Stone tap takeover. Special menu included wings with Stone IRS barbecue sauce. Tasty indeed! In the past there has been Hill Farmstead, Three Philosopher's, Chouffe, 8 taps now with expansion in the works. It can be a bit noisy, i.e. kids, game room, but when the beer is really good and the food is really good, the noise can be overlooked. Food prices are reasonable to a bit pricey. Beer is served in the proper glassware and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a stop!

Absolutely LOVE Piecasso...a must stop for when you are in the Stowe area. Their pizza is amazing...don't order just one...you have to sample the traditional pies along with their more unique creations. The pub is cozy and casual...great place to hang out after a day on the slopes...lots of different brews here and on tap. Great place to stop and sample some local brews that you may never have heard of. I am getting hungry and thirsty just thinking of it!!! Time for another trip back to Stowe!!
