S'more Money S'more Problems came out of the brain of Friends With Benefits member Keith Lonergan. With Keith's help we mashed this behemoth in with copious amounts of chocolate malt, roasted barley, golden naked oats and crushed graham crackers. Then, after primary fermentation was finished we added cacao nibs, vanilla bean and natural marshmallow flavor. The resulting beer is a big, chewy, dark nectar reminiscent of our days in Cub Scouts; sitting around the campfire, drinking imperial stouts. Great now or after a prolonged camping trip in the back of your temperature controlled bottle camp site.

Poured black with a milk chocolate brown head that was slow to rise then melted to a .250" ring around the edge.. Sticky foam lace on the glass.
Smell and Taste of chocolate and cinnamon grams. And sweet as chocolate and cinnamon grams but with a 11.2% ABV kick in the ass.
Boosted the feel up a notch because of the 11.2 mentioned above.
Overall not a favorite. Just too sweet for my taste. But if you're buying, I'll have another.

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a thick jet black in color with a one finger creamy khaki head that has good retention
S- smells of roasted malt, cocoa nibs, cinnamon and vanilla with light undertones of marshmallow and graham cracker
T- sweet and malty up front with notes of bitter chocolate, cocoa and caramel. Mid palate gives notes of marshmallow and vanilla cream, as well as a hint of graham cracker. The finish gives more chocolate with some roast, lingers of faint marshmallow and chocolate
M- medium-heavy body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns creamy into the finish
O- chocolate-forward, the other adjuncts are there but faint. Enjoyable but not worth the price tag of $11/can. I’ll take a ST nitro s’mores at half price

Pours a very effervescent mahogany with a sliver of fast falling tan head. Zero head retention or lacing
S: Marshmallow & a little smoke
T: Follows the nose, very dry, some cola notes & booze bite, plus cinnamon up front. Marshmallow, cinnamon, smokeyness, & a little cocoa as this beer warms. Finishes warming with marshmallow & cinnamon, a kiss of smokeyness, char & dryness
MF: Fairly thick, subtle carbonation
Not a bad take on the pastry style, nothing tastes over the top or forced here, but the heft is felt

Pours black with a mighty, wonderous head of deeply textured foam. Aroma is cinnamon and vanilla, a delightful spicy combination. Taste is sweet, cinnamon. chocolate, vanilla and deeply graham cracker. This is the full ticket ride to a richly delicious and full brew. The beer is thick, but not overly so, sweet, nearly overly so and deep. The ABV is noticeable, but will not stop enjoyment of this beer. This should rocket to the top list of any similar beer.

Finally, a S'mores beer with actual graham cracker flavor. The beer is thick and sweet like chocolate syrup. The malt is so defined, might even be smoked. The best offering I have had from Pipeworks.

A- Pours into a snifter with a pitch black body and a one finger deep cocoa brown head. The cap has a silky and frothy texture and decent retention before a wide ring remains around the edges. Lacing is spotty and kind of rare.
S- The aroma has massive marshmallow notes and a lot of sweetness. The chocolate is pretty strong in there as well as notes of roast grains, toffee, vanilla beans, oats and graham crackers. Big and sweet but what is here is nice. The graham crackers plus chocolate and vanilla does give a nice s'more aroma for sure.
T- The above stands on the palate and overall it is pretty sweet but the high ABV and roasty bitterness keeps it from being cloying. The cinnamon is noted here with an earthy and slightly spicy flavor profile. The big portion of the beer is the vanilla, chocolate, lactose and graham crackers capturing a nice s'more flavor. Charred roasted barley notes too.
MF- A thick and slick body, very heavy on the palate and it has a medium level of carbonation. Fairly smooth with a foamy and frothy texture and a roasty bitterness lingering in the finish.
Sweet but not too sweet. The adjuncts do create a nice s'more flavor profile and it really works well in the big stout base with a higher level of ABV.

Full on ebony, slim brown head.
In the nose: slowly unfolding cocoa, caramel, toffee. Increasingly rich and complex. Deeply flavors showing in time. Marshmallow starts to show. (When did I think I would ever write that?)
In the mouth: Here's where all the flavors come together, and cinnamon kicks in. Getting hotter as we go. Wonderful mix. Thick, rich, and quite delicious. I'm seriously digging this.
