This shadow warrior's ability to stun the senses are the result of an intense, focused meditation on the essence of stone fruit and cirtus notes. This merciless mercenary is also known for attacking stealthily with unexpected pine aroma, which the muthical unicorn always expects but can almost never deflect. Pipeworks Mosaic beckons from the battle ground, "Come at me, brah."

An ode to the wonderful mosaic hop! Sticky and clear dark gold body with some white foam. Smell is rich with mosaic, so all kinds of stone fruit and tropical flavors plus some orange to go with hop bitters and pine. Taste is similar, plus some herbal qualities, but really let the hops star with a sticky resin, even with the sweet malt. Feel is chewy, sticky and creamily languid for a dipa. Really enjoyed this

From a February 2019 batch issued in pint cans, rather than the old bomber format. Pleasant orange-brown color, very lightly cloudy, full finger of head that lingers and produced plenty of retained lacing. Great balance of malty biscuit, pine resin, citrus hop character on the nose. Great mouthfeel for a DIPA weighing in at 9.5% ABV.

Pours a clear amber with a creamy, dense and persistent white head.
Citrus fruits lead the aroma with pineapple, cracker and a touch of caramel.
Tasty indeed. Plenty of citrus and tropical fruit, a little sweetness, slight bitter pith and a very clean finish with some boozy warmth.
Medium and smooth.

Poured from a 11oz bottle into a Speiglau IPA glass.

Look is a dark reddish amber with a thick frothy head with beautiful tiny bubbles.

Not a lot on the nose very earthy with a really concentrated pineapple aroma.

Taste is like an exaggerated version of the aroma with a little bit of orange blossom honey at the end. Where's the 10% on the taste, because I could get weird drinking this one.

Magically delicious.

L: Oragne/red/brown. Medium head that has a long last.
S: Some soft pine, herb, caramel & some fruit. Hoppy
T: Tasty with some citrus flavors but also some of that caramel & darker fruit. Some malt, but the biggest positive is how well it controls the alcohol.
F: Fairly thick. Smooth. Appropriately carobnated.
O: I can't describe it, but while this beer was good, it just wasn't great too me. Maybe it's just a bit too much malt. That said, I did enjoy it.
