Bottled April 2016; drank 4/29/16 @ Locked Whispers.
Opaque yellow/orange appearance.
Minimal white head; strong tree-rung lace.
Dank ganja, pineapple & guava notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Tart pineapple, guava & orange citrus flavors up front; mild honey notes on the finish.
A bit tart, but overall a nice citrus blast.

22 oz bottle into IPA glass. No date.
Look is semi-clear orange look. Nose is light tropical with guava. Taste follows and is sweet up front then guava in middle with little bite at end. Feel is medium and smooth. Overall, nice mix of tastes during whole swallow. All flavors mix well together and a very nice beer.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of delicate lacing on the surface and a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of guava are present in the nose—these become stronger as the beer warms up when notes of passionfruit also become perceptible.
T: The taste parallels the smell, but has stronger flavors of guava along with notes of oranges and passionfruit. These are followed by hints of honey (without any sweetness) and grassy/herbal hops towards the finish, which also linger into the finish.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. The finish is quite dry for the style.
O: Except for the hints of honey, you wouldn't think that this beer is as strong as it is because it does a very good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.
