Aroma is wheat grain, mild bananas and hint of sweetness. The flavor is bananas/mild bubblegum, wheat/malts, fruit and a slightly sugary sweet/tart finish.

16oz can, date stamped 09/11/2019. Semi-clouded yellow body has a fluffy white head. Aroma is bubblegum, clove, wheat, and lemon zest. Flavors are sweet with quite a bit of lemon juice, along with typical Hefe notes of cracked wheat, clove, yeast, and bubblegum. Lighter body, ample carbonation, and a balanced finish. This was just ok for me. I really liked Pipeworks Helles and was excited to try this one, but it is nowhere near German brewed Hefeweizens. Happy to try it, but it was a disappointment.

Pours a very pale straw color. Almost no head whatsoever is noted when the beer is poured. Quite effervescent.
Aroma has notes of straw, wheat, banana, and some grassy hop notes. Its got the right notes, but its off from what you'd expect - it lacks the rich breadiness of a better German example. Rather its closer to a light golden ale with some notes of cloves and banana.
Taste is quite mild, generalized notes of wheat, light grassy hops, nutmeg, and some clove.
Feel is light to medium bodied. Crisp carbonation. Semi-dry finish.
Overall it had all the pieces, it just wasn't well put together.

Tasted in a Spiegelau wheat glass from a one pint can on September 20, 2109. A good interpretation of the style with a cloudy look and notes of banana and clove. Awesome label art too.
