Poured from a 750 ml bottle into a Lost Abbey chalice.
A- pours a dark pink with a 2 finger light pink head. Some small bubbles of lacing remain on the glass.
S- sour mash, some funky cheese (nowhere near the off-putting aroma of Blue Lady though), and some light raspberry.
T- puckering pale malts, sour raspberries and acidic tart citrus.
M- light body and high carbonation. Very effervescent and acidic but still easy to drink.
O- 6/10 sourness. Very nice beer. More tart than I expected, and enjoyed, with some raspberry notes to balance the sour mash.
