Pours hazy, orange-gold in color with 1/2 inch head. Taste is big citrus--lemon, tangerine, and dried apricot. Slightly bitter, medium carbonation, and medium bodied. Juicy, but not as juicy as some New England style IPAs. Makes for a tasty sipper. One that I will search for again.

Poured into a cocktail glass (hotel beer). A slightly hazy golden amber color with a foamy white head. Nice lacing. Huge orange aromas with grapefruit pith, pineapple, resin, and pine. I got big pineapple on the front palate. This was followed by an earthy resiny note which shifted back to a bitter grapefruit. A slightly caramel-sweet malt presence but balanced. Medium bodied and and clean finish.

Happy to have been able to get this one again. It is probably my favorite beer from the guys at pdubs.

The appearance is a really pretty hazy golden orange with a nice two finger head that lingered well.

The aroma is big juicy orange, pineapple, grapefruit, resiny herbaceous dankness and a hint of malt sweetness.

The taste follows the nose with a punch of citrus and tropical fruit along with a resiny bitterness. Some boozy sweetness as well.

The palate is medium plus with a big lingering dank bitterness and malt sweetness that mixes well.

Overall this is still one of the best dipas I've had and my favorite beer from pipeworks. Always such a treat to have such a great beer.

Bomber bottle, couldn't find any sort of bottling date info.

Pours lightly hazed, nice looking tiny bubble film, low sheeting and ample higher scattered lacing...nice looking brew..

Sniff reveals pinapple juice goodness.

Densly flavorfull offering...solid maple malt base...tropical fruity hooped up goodness riding on top...notes of more pinapple, vanilla, bananas...minty/lime infused hops...complex and thoroughly tasty and worth seeking out...more high quality suds from PW...go get some and enjoy

L- Opaque orange color with good head and lacing.

S- Solid hop aroma from the Citra. Slight grapefruit.

T- Nice balance. Bready malt and bitter hops. You get a little bit of the booze, but it's not overpowering.

F- Thick for an IPA. Good carb level. Dry finish.

O- Very good IPA, but it's Pipeworks so I expect that.
