Another bomber format ipa, sigh. Light orange and copper color, about 1/2 inch of head on it. Aroma was simcoe hops and lime.

Taste allowed for some lemon to team up with the lime. A little bit of caramel giving the beer its color, this was pretty standard fare stuff dressed up in a $10 bomber. Might be worth that for a six pack, but not a bomber.

Copper pour, almost 1/2" white head on it. Looks nice. Wish it weren't out of a 22oz bottle though, those are never good choices from a $/value perspective. Lacing and retention weren't all that. Some lime and muddled hops in the aroma, its good. Simcoe? Plenty of lime though.

Unique in terms of what makes up the parts of the sum, I dunno if the sum is all that though. I got a Sorachi vibe which I wasn't expecting. Crystal malt? Ugh, that malt and person is garbage. Too much lime in the mouthfeel. At $10 a pop, not gonna happen again.

Superior to most of the fruited fish beers IMHO. Lighter and less conflict between the heavy, sticky malt and the fruit / hop additions. There's a deftness to this that can be lacking in many of the PW DIPAs. Lighter yellow hue, great head retention, bursting with bittersweet, almost floral, lime peel and leaf notes. Never skews acrid which seems to be a common flaw of many beers incorporating lime. Crisp and clean finish.

My only drainpour from Pipeworks ever. Too much gross citrus. Not a fan.

Mild lemon and lime flavors. Some IPA notes but the lemon and lime dominate, balance could be better.

L: pale yellow with a faint haze; fluffy white head a few fingers high; some lace left behind

S: limes and citrusy hops - the citric aroma at times suggested lemon and maybe a bit of grapefruit pith

T: a showcase for the hop combination - Columbus, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace, and Amarillo - brought lots of citric power - and the limes - tangy and taut; the grains beneath presented clean and fresh and lean

F: medium-light body, ample carbonation, plenty of limey citrus to tighten the tongue

O: it is a lime-oriented beer - and it delivers a healthy does of lime and hops o'er a clean slate kinda malt bill - tight and clean-drinking. Really enjoyable and refreshing. Solid abv to keep it real.
