A: Very cloudy pale yellow in color. Forms a minimal bright white head that quickly reduces to a scant surface coating a thin ring. Some light lacing.

S: Aroma is full of sweet citrus and floral notes. Orange, grapefruit, orange blossom, and a touch of honey.

T: Taste starts off sweet. There is a blend of biscuit and honey. Not quite as sweet as honey, not quite as bready as biscuit. Notes of grapefruit pith and some light tangerine. Even a touch of lemon. Maybe a hint of pine, but it is faint.

M: On the lighter side of medium in body. Lower bitterness levels, but does manage to accumulate a bit of a soapy feeling to it over the coarse of the beer. Easy carbonation.

O: The bottle describes this as an "English Summer Ale." Well I guess I can get the "summer" out of this: it's lighter bodied and fresh, with a citrus fruitiness. But I'm not getting any "English" out of this beer. This beer is too sweet and not nearly malty enough to be considered as an English Pale Ale. It's a decent beer, but I can't see it being one I'd return to.

(Served in a Nonic)
Batch 126
A- This beer pours a murky orange body with a wispy white head that fades to a ring before the first sip.

S- There is a green herbal hop aroma with some unripe citrus hop aromas growing in the finish.

T- The slightly pungent herbal hops take on some piney green hop flavor with a compliment of malt sweetness in the finish. There is a slight caramel malt flavor that comes through in the sweetness and a light spicy hop note that lingers in the aftertaste.

M- The medium-light mouthfeel has a gentle fizz to it with no alcohol heat noticed.

O- This beer has some nice British hops character with some classic American hop flavors aswell and it is pretty drinkable and mellow for the 7% ABV that is hidden in there.

Pours a hazy tangerine color. Thick white foamy head. Mouth feel is somewhat thick. Faint hints of pineapple & citrus. It certainly does Not hit the palate like a 7 ABV. Thanks for the treat from a very generous trader from the great town of Naperville! Great summer beer that I'll definitely look for in the future.

22oz into a tulip.

A: Pours a murky melon color with a small white head. Not the prettiest beer.

S: Aroma brings fresh grapefruit juice, orange pith, mango. Really juicy and pleasant.

T: Light resiny bitterness, sweet cracker malt, plenty of citrus, a bit bready.

M: Between light and medium-bodied with light carbonation.

O: Not sure why they called this English-style, but it is a really nice IPA.

The bottle defines this as an "English style Summer Ale"

Poured from a bomber into a Pipeworks tulip glass.

A - Pours bright orange with one finger of creamy white head

S - Smells light and refreshing with hints of orange and spice

T - Citrus notes up front, hints of orange and banana. Smooth and easy to drink with a very small hint of bitter hops at the end.

M - Medium bodied with a fine carbonation that makes this very easy to drink.

O - If this was available for the summer in 6 packs of cans, I would be all over it. Very refreshing and easy to drink. I would like to crack a couple of these while hanging out at a BBQ or something like that.
