Batch #126 poured into 7venth Sun tulip

Pour: Hazy orange pour with a finger of white head. Some spotty lacing is evident and a touch of carbonation noticed.

Smell: Orange, grapefruit, spice, honey, caramel, and biscuit. Smells very inviting and refreshing.

Taste: Orange, grapefruit, some lemon and a touch of pine bitterness. Has a biscuit malt backbone and sweetness is evident with some caramel.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied yet still creamy. Medium carbonation. Has a sticky feel to me. Awesome on a summer evening.

Overall: Really did enjoy this one from PW. I have liked all of their hoppy offerings and this one albeit different than those, I am digging this one too.

(Served in a Nonic)
Batch 126
A- This beer pours a murky orange body with a wispy white head that fades to a ring before the first sip.

S- There is a green herbal hop aroma with some unripe citrus hop aromas growing in the finish.

T- The slightly pungent herbal hops take on some piney green hop flavor with a compliment of malt sweetness in the finish. There is a slight caramel malt flavor that comes through in the sweetness and a light spicy hop note that lingers in the aftertaste.

M- The medium-light mouthfeel has a gentle fizz to it with no alcohol heat noticed.

O- This beer has some nice British hops character with some classic American hop flavors aswell and it is pretty drinkable and mellow for the 7% ABV that is hidden in there.

Pours a hazy tangerine color. Thick white foamy head. Mouth feel is somewhat thick. Faint hints of pineapple & citrus. It certainly does Not hit the palate like a 7 ABV. Thanks for the treat from a very generous trader from the great town of Naperville! Great summer beer that I'll definitely look for in the future.

22oz into a tulip.

A: Pours a murky melon color with a small white head. Not the prettiest beer.

S: Aroma brings fresh grapefruit juice, orange pith, mango. Really juicy and pleasant.

T: Light resiny bitterness, sweet cracker malt, plenty of citrus, a bit bready.

M: Between light and medium-bodied with light carbonation.

O: Not sure why they called this English-style, but it is a really nice IPA.

The bottle defines this as an "English style Summer Ale"

Poured from a bomber into a Pipeworks tulip glass.

A - Pours bright orange with one finger of creamy white head

S - Smells light and refreshing with hints of orange and spice

T - Citrus notes up front, hints of orange and banana. Smooth and easy to drink with a very small hint of bitter hops at the end.

M - Medium bodied with a fine carbonation that makes this very easy to drink.

O - If this was available for the summer in 6 packs of cans, I would be all over it. Very refreshing and easy to drink. I would like to crack a couple of these while hanging out at a BBQ or something like that.
