With equal parts malt and hops, the classic American microbrew taste manifest itself with unique hop flavor. Its malty backbone props up the hops beautifully with its moderate candied body of caramel and honey. But its the Aramis hops that really entice the senses.

While its translucent peachy-gold appearance draws the eye, aromas of citrus abound- pink grapefruit, ripe orange and herbal lemon leaf with sassafras are all given a vibrant ripeness from the malts that seem to be fruit juice laden.

While remaining balanced through the middle, the malt loosens its grip and allows the hops to showcase more of its herbaceous character. Spicy and fragrant wood chips delve into tea-like tastes as the citrus turns delicately grassy and slightly floral.

Finishing beautifully, its "single-malt" character allows the taste to dry beautifully and lead to great refreshment and crisp hop taste. Its spicy bitterness comes way of a leafy, grassy and herbal character that contributes to a snappy bite to conclude with echoes of citrus and tropical fruit lingering behind.
