Notes / Commercial Description:
Sometimes we all need a little change. So have Another Lover, our EXPERIMENTAL India Pale Ale. The malt profile will remain constant. We use American Pale and German Munich malt to offer a balance and depth for the purpose of showcasing the hops. The hops will change on our brewer's desires and impulses. We will always use sexy hops! We have used Citra, Mosaic, Sorachi Ace, Warrior to name a few. This beer may leave you second guessing your prior commitments.

Keep checking back, because everyone could always use Another Lover.

Batch 1 - packaged 3/12/13 - Aurora, Warrior and Citra
Batch 2 - packaged 6/7/13 - Sorachi Ace and Mosaic
Batch 3 - Locally sourced Cascade and Nugget in the Mash, Mosaic in the kettle, Sorachi Ace in the HopBack, Dry Hopped with Chinook and Mosaic. A fruity and tropical dream of a hoppy beer.
Batches 4 & 5 were similar to batch 3 with a few subtle hop addition changes.

Batch 6 was racked into kegs on 10.17.14 is currently on draft and the next 3-4 batches will continue in the same direction. Galaxy driven aromas and flavors. a light touch of chinook and columbus for a controlled bitterness.

We have continued to brew Another Lover with Galaxy Chinook and Columbus. Batch 11 is now pouring and is exhibiting a distinct tropical aroma with a snap of piney bitterness. love it!

Translucent copper orange. Thin white layer of foam

Real nice aroma of citrus, oranges and grapefruit with a hint of pine.

Starts smooth. Hops explode in your mouth, citrus with pine. Nice malt balance. Bitterness on the aftertaste, but, not too much . Well balanced.

Medium mouthfeel, decent carbonation.

Really good beer. Nice mix of flavors, hops and malts. I'll repeat and enjoy this beer again.

Enjoyed this at the brew pub

A - Poured into a pint glass a hazy orange hue with a great great one finger creamy head that fades slowly.

S - Aromas of grassy hops, great citrus and tropical notes. Awesome awesome hop presence. Think there has to be kiwi hops here...

T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads of tangerine and bitter citrus, great tropical notes. Huge kiwi hop presence. Light bubblegum note, phenomenal hops. Super fresh, really bitter citrus pith. Awesome.

M - Mouthfeel is pleasantly bitter, nice carbonation.

O - Overall this beer was really nice, very very aromatic. Well done.

A-Pours orange. Nice, little tuft of foam. The head keeps its stature in my tiny sample cup.

S-The aroma immediately raises my eyebrows. Big notes of clementines and guava. Fruity turns to grassy and earthy. A bit perfumey.

T-This is a top shelf IPA. Brewed with Warrior, Aurora and Citra, the flavors are various and constantly changing. A gang of exotic fruity hops then grass and pine and flowers. The malt brings its own goodness especially because this brew is not frighteningly bitter.

M-Medium bodied, modest bitterness. Normal carbonation. Drinks nicely.

O/D-One of the bigger surprises of the ACBF. A complex, brightly flavored, juicy IPA. Right down my alley. An awesome beer.
