12 oz bottle from Hinda65
Boiler Brandy Snifter
This bottle is filled TO THE TOP! Holy moly, it's almost breaching the lip.

Pours a honey golden color with a thin ring of bubbles and head. It dissipates quickly to some phantom patches on the surface.

Fruity aromas of lychee, juniper, and gooseberry, with hints of tropical mango and dare I say rum. Very slight oakiness.

Flavor brings juniper and thyme, with elements of gooseberry, mango, lychee, mint, oak, honey, sticky toffee, and gin.

Feel is hot and somewhat thin, has a nice burn to it. The barrel heat attacks the tongue and sticks to it. High carbonation, even though the hiss was minimal from the cap. Dryness on the finish.

Overall a very different barrel aged beer, and something to have if you are looking to depart from your typical BA Stouts, Quads, and Barleywines. Nicely done. Unique for sure.
