A good place to eat, but lacking on a "German" feel.

The quality is good. There hasn't been any variance in the quality in all of the years I've went here.

The service is generally good, but sometimes a server will seem rushed, for no apparent reason.

The food has been consistently the same quality on all of my visits. I do, however, have either schnitzel or sausage every time.

I've been a regular here for about a year now. Top-notch selection of German beers on tap and great recommendations for food pairings from their menu. Great food. Service is hit or miss on timeliness and some servers can be a little overbearing, but it's generally positive. Would recommend to anyone looking for good German food in the Tulsa area.

This place has an adjacent butcher shop/food store with lots of quality foods & plus German food as well. The restaurant itself is very open & clean with a family atmosphere

Service is always prompt & attentive

Selection of beers could be better but not they had 4 German, 1 Austrian, 2 Czech beer & Guinness on tap, plus a few choice bottled sections. The beer always has tasted fresh on every visit

Food is always good, I wish they had more extensive selection of German food, but what they do offer is tasty, they also offering some standard American stuff as well

Costs are pretty reasonable for a German Eatery, well worth a visit

Siegi's Sausage Factory & German Restaurant (Gasthaus) is a Tulsa institution! Siegi's is steeped in Austrian culinary tradition and has been around since 1985 when Siegi first moved to Tulsa from Dallas after spending 15 years there honing his skills as a butcher & sausage maker. Under the masterful guidance of Austrian born Siegi Sumaruk this once small family owned deli has blossomed into a full scale German-style restaurant serving up a cross-cut of European culture daily. The restaurant specializes in the house made sausages (bangers, bratwurst, frankfurters, hot links, kasewurst, knackwurst, kielbasa, kolbassa, weisswurst), but the lucheon sandwiches are equally amazing including the famous Siegi Burger (bratwurst patty) served at the annual Oktoberfest celebration along with more traditional dishes such as Bavarian Rouladen, Jägerschnitzel & Hungarian Goulash. Siegi's beer selection isn't expansive; sporting less than a dozen taps, but the beers are always fresh & properly served in traditional glassware. Staple beers include mostly Spaten-Franziskaner Bräu beers e.g. Dunkel, Hefeweizen, Helles, Maibock, Pils, Oktoberfest & Optimator. Other draught beers have included Bitburger, Pilsner Urquell, Staropramen, Stiegl & Warsteiner. They carry a select few export bottled beers, plus some Austrian, German & California wines. Overall, Siegi's is an excellent option for any out-of-towner looking for an authentic taste of Europe right here in Tulsa's backyard. Don't forget to check out their amazing deli/grocery store for road goods. Now go grab a beer & eat those snausages? Here's to Siegi!
