Poured into Tulip glass. Explosive head. Tried pouring super soft and end up with a huge 3-4 finger head. Slowly burned off to leave wisps at the top with a solid two finger remaining. Golden brown color with nice lacing. Fairly mild smelling. Pops on the tongue, with slight tickling at the end of a sip. Well carbonated. Slight hop and clean, pleasant finish.

Overall very nice beer.

22 oz. bomber poured into tulip then switched to goblet

POUR NOTE -- massive foam maker ... it's borderline over-carbonated, and the tulip didn't help, so I stopped using it and switched to a much wider-mouthed goblet. it wasn't a gusher, so I had no trouble drinking it once I switched glasses.

L: gold to almost sunset orange with that massive fluffy head of white/off-white foam ... about half opaque but a clean opacity.

S: sweet, fruity ... and there's hops but really hard to place. the Australian hops in this thing plus the apricots are making for an interesting mix -- it's English pale ale fruity, Belgian abbey ale fruity, then suddenly piney/green/grassy hoppy but not like our standard American pine/grass hops. i could smell this all day and not get tired of it.

T: like the nose, a mix of very fruity and pretty bitter with the hops being hard to call ... piney, perhaps, but the apricot fruit sweetness is really blending everything into something I've never tasted.

F: it's definitely over-carbonated but poured carefully into the goblet still very drinkable ... i actually like it a lot, but it could loose just a few of these bubble

O: fantastic spin on our American IPAs ... a very good blend of sweet and bitter with the apricot and exotic hops playing very well together. at 6.6% ABV (printed on bottle label), it's in a good range for enjoying with a little freedom, though I can feel it sneaking up on me because it's WAY too easy to drink. great beer!

A pale gold in color, one might accidentally mistake this brew for a lager from a distance. There was a small amount of sediment present.

Pours with a thick head and leaves a good bit of lacing on the glass.

the aroma is quite floral and piney.

mouthfeel is very well balanced between a crisp dry feel, with the bready malt that starts small and builds to give the brew a velvet finish.

The taste is quite simply, incredible. Turkish apricots explode with the citrus notes imparted by a variety of hops to make this beer stand out from the crowd.

Overall: I have to say I really liked this beer the first time I it. The second time, I fell in love. I drink at least three bombers of Abrikoos a week; I think that pretty much sums up just how impressed I am with this brew.

Nice malti-pine with some mild citrus tones in the head. A malty beginning turns into a slight peachy/mango flavor before moving quickly into a strong hops-pine finish. Really nice complexity both in the malt character and hops. a nicely enjoyable beer.
