On tap at Cottonwood in Houston TX

A: Pours a slightly hazed orange color. A minimal white head forms, but recedes to nothing in a second. No lace.
S: Not much in the nose. Some light citrus/orange aromas. Nothing lingers, and just ho hum.
T: Again, there is not much here. Except for a citrus flavor with pithy lemon rind and soapy/oily hops. Finishes kind of astringent, and chalky. Kind of like aspirin.
M/D: A light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily, soapy, and also chalky. Thin and watery. Not something I care to drink. I did not want to finish this at all.

Blah. Really not good. I guess Buffalo Bayou has a good business model. I keep trying their different offerings. Though I never buy another of the same beer. I am almost at the braking point, because nothing they make is any good...
