Poured from a 330ml bottle. It has a brownish ruby red body, with a small off-white head.

It has a sweet aroma of fermented cherries, but with slightly unpleasant cattiness.

The taste is sour, with restrained cherry sweetness. The cattiness comes out again in the aftertaste.

Generally I really enjoy cherry beers, but I don't think this is the best example of its style. Nevertheless it's perfectly drinkable.

Blended in 2015, still 5 years to expire. It has a dark brown color with red highlights and a thick beige head with medium retention.
Nice aroma with notes of cherries, faint oak and a slightly sour scent. No funkiness going on.
Flavor with notes of cherries, lemon drops, panettone dry fruits, a hint of apple vinegar and some vinous notes. Dry aftertaste with a pleasant soft acidity.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
This perfectly executed Kriek which is half way its expiration date was rather balanced with restraint Lambic characteristics and still conserving some decent deal of sweetness.

330 ml bottle. The bottle tells me that it was blended in 2017 and aged 2 years. Best before October 2027. Poured into a snifter.
Look: Pours a murky brown with about 1 cm of pinkish brown head, which quickly subsides.
Smell: Strong cherry smell, followed by a vingary acidity, there is oak towards the end. I'm not getting a large variety of aromas, but what is there is distinct and pleasant.
Taste: Cherry upfront, a touch sweet to begin with, but the tartness comes through (though a little reserved), acidity is there in the middle. Little bit of oak comes through near the end.
Feel: Lighter bodied, refreshing, tartness is zingy and gets the saliva going.
Overall: solid beer, refreshing. Would drink again.

2015 edition. Poured from a paper-wrapped cork'n'cage bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Murky maroon-brown pour. 1 finger of fizzy white head... falls fast with a modest ring of lacing.

S: Tart cherry... a bit of vinegar and oak.

T/F: Mild tartness and acidity to start... strong baking cherry flavor... followed by sweeter fruit/berry flavors. Apple cider vinegar and oak... molasses and plum in the background but mostly cherry. Delicious... light and tart... not sour in the least.

O: An outstanding Kriek... super drinkable... great flavor. Delicate and delicious.

From the bottle, it pours a dark reddish brown with a modest pink head. Lots of cherries in the nose. Somewhat acidic and a bit sour. Just what you would expect of a Kriek!

2015 edition, aged 2 years open with a loud pop, pour a very pretty mahogany red with a lovely off white head. Aroma is not very strong, sour-sweet-earthy-leather, where are the cherries? Tastes is a perfect balance of sour, sweet, salty& bitter, in that order. Flavor: ah, here’s where the tart cherries are, lots of complex earthy flavors. Feel & carbonation are excellent. Slightly tart & fabulously flavorful, one of the best I’ve tasted.

Exceptional mix of cherries and oud bruin. Very complex taste of cherries, slightly wood and tartness. A little acidic. Highly drinkable, sour Belgian.

This appears to be its own, distinct beer. At least it's listed as one on other sites, and it does not match up to any of the beers presented listed on BA. Their website says it's a combination of different vintages of their Oud Bruin and Goudenband.

Its label says it was made in 2015 and aged for 2 years.

Pours a lightly fizz, fruit leather-colored very natural read, with a light and whispy white head.

Smells dry, lightly funky, and rich with natural cherries. Sort of cross between a regular kriek lambic and a delicate cuvee; it's definitely been smoothed by age.

Tastes wonderful, very complex but very delicate. Starts with a dry acidity that grows gradually sweet throughout the sip, ending redolent with cherries and a finish of sour yeast and light spice.
