thanks Tim (tenderbranson69) for sharing this enjoyed chilled in a tulip
The color is hazed golden with thick white cap with good retention. The smell is very herbal and citrus with a mild tropical tinge with subtle pineapple odor. The feel is very nice with some light herbal texture moderate bitterness with slight nutty and mildly sweet tangy accent. The yeast adds a smooth element with light astringent finish.
The flavor has a lot of grapefruit mixed with tangy pinapple with a mild nutty and citrus coffee flavors with some mild tastes of herbs and lime element with light toastiness and gentle twiggy woody quality in the finish. Overall it is my first coffee IPA that I can recall and it is a combo that works well, more coffee in the first tastes and more hops in the latter...very drinkable and I am liking what I have had from beers with Mosaic in them.

Pours a cloudy dark banana yellow color with a one finger off-white head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Decent head retention with spotty lacing left behind.
Musty, resinous aroma with roasted coffee bean, resinous hop oil and slight tropical fruit. Nice balance of pineapple, mango, grass and earthy hops. The coffee presence is a bit strong for my preference but it makes for a unique aroma.
On the fuller end of medium body with a stronger juicy tropical fruit presence than expected. Lots of mango, papaya and pineapple along with saaz-y, grassy hops and resinous oils. Decent amount of bitterness lingering throughout. Dry with prominent roasted coffee flavor that lingers in the finish.

First had: on tap at TH
Hazy, golden-straw color with a solid white head that retained well; moderate lacing. Coffee and IPA aren't two things you'd typical think would go together, and quite often they don't, but Tired Hands made a very good version with this beer. Aroma of crisp citrusy hops, vegetal notes, with an obvious dose of fresh coffee beans. It's hard to say which flavor really came out first, so I think it's safe to say the "coffee" and "IPA" characteristics were well-melded. The coffee was not at all intense, it was smooth and roasty, yet there was still no doubt that this was an IPA, with a good citrus/tropical fruit hop profile keeping everything in line. This really worked. Mouthfeel was crisp, body was light-medium, drinkability was high.

A-very cloudy hay colored. Very cloudy. Almost no head. Reminds me more of a wheat beer.
S-great amount go fresh hops and citrus. Small amount of coffee bean. Just a small touch of aged weeds. Good strength
T-comes in with a decent flavor of coffee and hops and chili pepper. It's actually a really good mix of all those flavors. It's a very unique mix with a warming that goes down the throat. Matching after-taste.
M-looks super runny but it's a good medium carbonation with a creamy after-taste
O-an extremely unique IPA. The flavors are hops are good, but I love the addition of the coffee, and I know others don't pick up pepper, but I got a good hit of it. We're sharing a growler and I almost wish I had my own it's so good.
