From 11/09/13 notes. On tap at the brewpub in Ardmore.
a - Pours a somewhat clear bright yellow color with one inch of off white head and low carbonation evident.
s - Smells of lightly sour fruity malts, apples, grains, oats, bread, earthy notes, yeast, citrus hops, and floral hops.
t - Tastes of sour fruits, yeast, floral hops, citrus hops, oranges, earthy notes, wheat, and light spice. Very nice taste; not super sour but nice tart fruits in the taste.
m - Medium body and low carbonation. Super smooth and creamy.
o - Overall a very good beer; I liked it a lot. Lightly sour fruits to it, mixed with nice citrus and floral hops. Easy to drink, would love to have it again sometime.

First had: on tap at TH
Slightly hazy, yellowish pour, with a half inch of foamy white head that retained nicely and spotted the glass. Nice herbal aroma, grassy with light notes of citrus, toasted grains in the background. Taste reflected the nose, but with a more peppery aspect coming through, grassy, notes of pear and light citrus. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, clean mouthfeel for a saison, drank as easily as a soda.
