Canned 9/21/16; drank 10/1/16 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice bright white head; frothy lace.
Lime, banana & faint mango notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lime, graham cracker & grapefruit flavors up front; mild vanilla notes on the finish.
The flavors clashed on this; it was interesting but ultimately didn't really work.

L: pours dark hazy yellow / orange with a finger of head.
S: big bright citrus notes, lemons and limes lead the way.
T: all limes here, like a limeaide. Very light and refreshing
F: thin feel, with a fairly bitter and long finish.

This beer is a nice hazy yellow color with a thick head and an aroma is citrus and suggestive of sugary milk. The taste is fairly mild and less sweet than one would expect with a late and prolonged sharp bitterness. Full mouthfeel and soft carbonation that is very pleasant on the tongue and once swallowed. The finish has a fairly clear key lime acidity and flavor profile. A very nice beer.

Everyone I know that tried this, HATED this, but not me! I swapped my pina colada shakes (disappointed) for some of these because I loved them so much. I can imagine this hopped with galaxy too. OMG, please do it & can this baby more often.

16 oz. can. Hazy orange body with an ample white head. Smells of orange, lime, graham cracker, and a touch of vanilla. Took some warming for me to get all the adjuncts in the nose. Tastes much more strongly of lime. Cracker malt with some vanilla. Back end has a soapy combination of lime and graham cracker. Light body. Kinda gimmicky. I find myself searching for the key lime pie flavor instead of just enjoying a pale ale. Whether it comes together as a key lime pie flavor is debatable. It drinks pretty well either way.
