First had: on tap at TH
Glad I happened to be there when they put this on, because there wasn't much of it available, and it didn't last long at all. A few hours maybe?
This was described as a blend of such past beers as Freddy, Critical Anxious, and Fossil Evidence. Dark mahogany pour, hazy, with a solid, creamy cap of tan head. Aroma of husky malts and peppery spice, notes of dark dried fruits. Robust. Taste was nice and earthy, bready malts, fig and raisin (but not overpowering in a Belgian-ale kind of way), essence of dried cherry, black pepper, mild brett notes. Dry mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carb, easy drinkability. Overall a very good blend of some beers that I wouldn't necessarily expect to meld together so well.
