I really love plum Saisons.
Nose is slightly tart with notes of spice and remnants of plum A lot like plum skin and light flesh.
Flavor has more tart but definitely not overly sour. Plum, citrus and and earthy spice follow.
Super dry and drinkable.

Batch 2 (purple wax)
Nice appearance.
Aroma is the best part about this beer. Plums smell like they were rolled in baking spice (wonderful nutmeg/cinnamon aroma detected).
Flavor is good with the plums adding a dry, fleshy-fruit character. Not too sour or vinegary (which is a characteristic I find undesirable in a sour).
Medium body with crisp carbonation.
A wonderful sour and another Tired Hands beer ticked off my list. Keep them coming, Jean!

This was an awesome saison. Plum is subtle but noticeable. The carb is perfect. Body is light to medium bodied. Slight pink orange hue, nice white lasting head.
