First had: on tap at TH
Berliner with hibiscus and blood orange.
Hazy hibiscus-red pour (those flowers really give a lot of color to a beer) with a puffy pinkish-white head that dissipated pretty much completely, leaving no lacing on the glass. Appropriate for the style. Aroma of soured wheat, light floral and citrus notes. A please snap of tartness up front in the taste, essence of hibiscus and orange juice, some graininess. Light, crisp mouthfeel, easily drinkable. Nice. But much nicer with the syrup spike, to my surprise.
