500ml bottle into a cervoise appears clear gold with a finger of white cap that fades leaving webby strings of lace.

Aroma is lemony lactic with grapefruit juice and herbal to almost minty hops.

Taste is tart and lemony lactic with a soft citrus appeal and almost a spree-like candy quality but without the sweetness.

Light in body and modestly carbonated. This brew is a serious treat, very tasty and effortlessly drinkable. I could down a ton of this.

Bottled in 2019. Surprisingly attractive beer. Crystal clear with plenty of persistent foamy white head. Apple juice color. Very strong aroma with plenty of lemon zest and funk. Taste isn't quite as in your face. Tart up front, with more nuanced earthy grain and citrus fruit flavors on the back end. Very light bodied.

Overall good to very good.

A - Light medium opaque gold color with dense, bright white lacing.

S - Pungent lemon and lime dominate the nose along with a slight pinch of pepper.

T - Mostly tart lemon, followed by lime, pineapple, and a slight bit of pepper.

M - Medium body, bone dry finish that turns to a very wet finish.

O - A can full of puckering twang. (Too much for my liking but it's still a solid beer, regardless.)

L: golden yellow with about a finger and a half of white head. Leaves decent lacing
S: Sharp and aggressive barnyard funk. Followed by a hint of fruit
T: tart and sour up front. Definitely has a funk it, along with some tropicals. Sweetness rounds it out. Hops are there as well, no bitterness to speak of
F: bubbly and sharp
O: this is an outstanding saison

Very well done. Easy drinker, definitely will be a nice refresher beer for the summer. Light and crisp. Finishes a little dry. But overall good lemon notes. Yum

Look - Pours a very hazy golden color topped with a fluffy white one inch head.
Smell - Sharp aroma with some barnyard funk hits my nose first followed by understated grain.
Taste - Quite tart on my first sip with a bit of juiciness. As I work through it I'm noticing more grain on the back end with a thread of funk throughout. The hops play in the background but never overwhelm.
Feel - Nicely carbonated with a light body. Effervescent and refreshing.
Overall - I could drink this saison all day. I have not had great luck with canned saisons in the past, but this is one of my favorite versions that I've had overall, period.

Wow! Super tart saison. Pours a bit cloudy, orange color. Aroma is very sharp, followed by extremely tart, biting taste. Yet, definitely some hop flavor coming in at the back end. One of the best saisons I've had.
