8 oz. pour on tap at the brewery poured into their flute-like glass, unknown brewing/kegging date, drank over 30 minutes
A: 3/3 - light yellow-orange coloration; little clarity (cannot read through); small white bubbles coming off the bottom of the glass and emerge into a finger head remaining throughout the drinking
S: 8/12 - some Centennial-ish hop aromas - grapefruit, blood orange and tangerine; again, picking up on some spicy pepper, and lemon notes, likely from the saison yeast; no alcohol; no flaws
T: 15/20 - in the front of the mouth, there's a moderate citrus bitterness followed by hop flavors; typical saison characteristics then arise - lemon peel, coriander, pepper - with some honeysuckel; finishes dry and inviting; no detectable alcohol
M: 5/5 - high carbonation; moderate body; light hop oils from Centennial; super drinkable and refreshing
O: 8/10 - another high-quality saison from Tired Hands; my only complaint with so many hoppy saisons and sessionable IPAs on taste is the high similarity among their profile
TOTAL - 39/50
