Honey Saison brewed with a dash of pink peppercorn and a touch of grapefruit purée. Brewed to seamlessly compliment our Frizzy Finger salad.

On tap at TH.
Pale golden-yellow pour, with a thin cap of white head that held at a ringlet, dotting the glass with lace. Aroma was herbal and earthy, notes of overripe fruit and peppery spice. The pepper really came through in the taste, toasted bread, light essence of stone fruit and grapefruit pith, mineral, earth, finishing super dry, like you have a mouthful of dry grass from a Belgian farm. Light-medium body, dry/spicy mouthfeel. A solid saison.
