On tap at TH.
An amped up version of MoMoCoe pale ale, King MoMoCoe was an imperial IPA hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, and Simcoe, and was advertised as Tired Hands' 300th batch brewed.
Golden-orange color, hazy (in typical TH unfiltered fashion), topped with a creamy white head that held at a ringlet and laced the glass nicely. Intensely hoppy aroma, citrus pith, pine resin, raw vegetables. More big hops in the taste, lime, pineapple, pine resin, green pepper, sweaty socks (I mean this in a good way), all built on a biscuity pale malt base, which lent a little raw huskiness in the finish. Very subtle neutral alcohol presence. Medium body, assertively dank, nicely bitter, making for a nice IPA overall.
I didn't like this quite as much as the regular MoMoCoe, but that's a hard one to beat.
