32oz growler into a Cigar City snifter.
Pours a thin .5 finger foamy white head that dissipates quickly. Beer is a cloudy lemon. Lacing is stringy and spotty with little cling. Pretty average.
Nose is cane sugar, pineapple, mango, and papaya with a huge, dank hop presence. Very aromatic. Excellent!
Opens papaya, pineapple and citrus. Huge tropical fruit notes mixed with a big cane sugar backbone. Dank hop bitterness mixed with more citrus at the end. Dry, bitter aftertaste. Very balanced and packed with flavor.
Light bodied with moderate to ample carbonation. Smooth and robust in the mouth and goes down nice and easy. Dry finish with a sticky, dry aftertaste. Drinks big like a DIPA!
A really under-the-radar IPA that rivals anything that Hill Farmstead makes. A single IPA that drinks like a double and just packed with flavor. Seek it out!
