500 ml bottle poured into a Ourison glass
A- A murky reddish brown with a small tan head.
S- Sour, earthy, cherries, dark fruits, caramel malts.
T- Sour, cherries, dark fruits, mushroom earthiness, some caramel malts, some lemons.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- A tasty Flanders, I was hoping for the mushrooms for be more front and center, but they add a nice mild earthiness to this. Honestly if I didn’t know it was brewed with mushrooms I would have not known.

Pours amber, little carbonation. Less edgy flavor than others of its kind, making it harder to exhibit self-control when consuming. Mildly earthy finish.

Thanks to rudzud for sharing this interesting gem.
Thanks to rudzud for sharing.
Light fizzy head, dark murky ruby brown.
Nose brings big tangy sour malt, tart cherry like fruit, sour brown malts, mild acidity, weird earthy mushroomy woodsy moss, etc. Hint of toasted vanilla barrel.
Taste is very sour, tangy Flanders like sour funk, tart sour brown malts, little cherry tart funk, dark fruits and raisin, mild earthy mossy thing, not really mushroom but interesting, little funk, mild acidity, nice tart funk and sour reddish brown malts. Finish is mild sticky sweet, tangy funk, sour brown malts, little acidity, hint of earthy woodsy light mushroom water late on the back end.
Mouth is med bod, nice acidity, nice carb, very nice carb, not flemmy either.
Overall great, really interesting, earthiness adds a unique character to the nice oud bruin.

Received as an extra in a trade. Shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly hazy ruby hue with a thin head that fades rather quickly to leave thin halo.
S - Aromas of sour vinegar, malts, tart, oude bruin funk. Very nice earthy forest floor, musty. Light almost mushroom like.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, tart vinegar, nice malts, great funk. There is a nice earthy musty thing going on that I really like. Really nice earthy vinegar thing going on. I swear there is a lingering faint mushroom taste going on on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, not really flemmy like this style can get.
O - Overall this beer was really tasty, I like the earthy aspect the mushrooms bring to the table. I really like this beer.

Appearance: pours a light leather brown color with strong hints of garnet. almost no head but slight brown foam that doesn't stick around for along. some darkness to it but also a mix of brightness. not quite opaque.
Smell: sour dark cherries, oak, funk, strong earthiness and some lactic acid.
Taste: opens up with a strong fruity dark cherry taste. some caramel to toffee flavors play in a bit in the front. the earthiness strengthens and becomes stronger and with a hint of salt. oak barrel comes through towards the end along with red wine grapes. some funky yeast and lacto acid.
Mouthfeel: medium to lighter feel. too low or carbonation, linger earthy funky taste. some acidity.
Overall: probably the first Tired Hands beer I have been disappointed by. there are a lot of good flavors but it is lacking. the carbonation is low and this could but a bad effect on the taste.
