Very Good
Notes: Barrel fermented hoppy Saison conditioned on local strawberries and then dry-hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy.

Growler shared by yourefragile. Thanks Michael.

Light golden with nary a trace of head. Aromas of strawberries, funk, metallic oddness, white wine, oak. Similar flavor. Funky and a bit rubbery in the finish. Low carbonation with some tangy hops and fruity finish. This was ok.

32oz growler poured into a large snifter. Growler filled approximately 24 hours before serving.

Appearance: Pours a murky red orange color with <1 finger of an eggshell colored head that dissipates to a thick collar with large bubbles. Body is extremely hazy and barely translucent.

Smell: Fresh strawberries, light funk, pineapple, citrus, slight oak.

Taste: Tart strawberries, mild lemon-like acidity, grain, mild hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium to low fine, prickly carbonation. FInishes tart and mostly dry.

Overall: Probably the weakest of the emptiness series, but still a really good beer. I wouldn't recommend sitting on growlers of this either, as this one had already fallen off noticeably in just 24 hours from when I had it on tap.
