32 oz growler, filled 9/25, poured into a teku

A- A slightly hazy golden yellow color with s two finger white head

S- Earthy funk, slightly grassy, some citrus and lemon.

T- Earthy funk, peppercorns, bitter earthy finish, citrus, floral notes, nice balance.

M- Smooth, crisp, medium body.

O- A nice Saison, but feel this is more of a nice hoppy saison but don't feel it is really showcasing the hops

Served on-tap at the pub.

A - Pours hazy yellow with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a very light film, leaving small streaks of lace on the sides of the glass.

S - Smells of typical TH saison yeast, pepper, lemon, grassy hops and doughy oats and malt.

T - Starts off with a nice mix of funky saison yeast and grassy hops quickly being joined by the pepper, fruit zest, oat and pale malt. Finish is pretty dry, lingering after the finish.

M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Slick, bitter feel with some spicy saison yeast backing.

O - A nice saison. Not my favorite of the series, that goes to either Citra or the Nelson, but still good.
