Notes:
Brewed with heaps of flaked and malted oats. Hopped and dry hopped exclusively and intensely with super-pungent Citra from our annual hop selection trip out West. Notes of juicy orange-peach, Piña Colada, ripe mango, and herbaceous big sticky icky green.

This can is a month old, but it was in the cooler when I bought it. Maybe I got a bad can, but this is nowhere near a Tree House beer, no idea why reviews keep comparing it to TH. Boozy sweetness all over it with hop burn, would not buy again.

a: hazy dark orange and copper color. some burnt yellow noes in here as well. frothy, white 2 finger head. nice looking brew
s: huge punch of pineapple, mango, passionfruit, guava, tangerine, and orange sorbet. some thick oat notes and a hint of red pepper. peach and clementines with some bready crackers at the end. extremely juicy and tropical aroma. not too sweet. fantastic aroma
t: oh baby this follows the nose. sweet pineapple, mango sorbet, sweet orange juice, and some faint melon. there is a noticeable oaty note, as well as some deep citrus sweetness. there is a touch of hop rawness in here though which helps to balance out that sweet hit. passionfruit and guava follow, as well as some peach juice. papaya and some sugary sweetness at the end with a hint of crackers
m: solid medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. a touch sticky
o: i think this is a fantastic beer. the nose and flavor on this have a great tropical complexity. it brings tropical, sweet, and a touch of rawness which provides excellent harmonization. this is called a NEIPA, but the can labels it as a DIPA, so i am rating this as a NEDIPA

Had on tap at the Brick Farm Tavern in Hopewell, NJ. Solid but unexceptional New England imperial IPA.

Poured from a 16oz can into pint glass in June 2022. There was a canned date of 05/02/2022 on the bottom of the can. I bought this at the brewery in Ardmore, and drank less than 1 month from purchase.
Appearance: Medium yellow color with a little orange. Had a huge 3-finger white head. It is deep with a very hazy complexion, like New England IPAs. The head is very thick, and it lasts a few minutes, leaving a 1-finger covering. There is a large amount of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Large aroma of citrus, pineapple, and pine aromas, as well as some hops. Also, some fruity aromas like orange and peach. The citrus, pineapple, and pine aromas are more prominent than the other aromas.
Taste: Some bitter taste from the hops that is not overpowering, along with a moderate fruit sweetness like pineapple. Also, some orange flavors. The sweetness and bitter edge are well-balanced. Has a very nice after-taste that lasts a moderate amount of time. Overall a nice balance and very drinkable.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Above average alcohol, which matches the 8.6% listed.
This is a very good IPA. It has a nice mix of citrus, fruit, hops, and other flavors, which makes it enjoyable. I like the overall balance, and would buy this again. Another very good IPA from Tired Hands. Tired Hands along with Tree House are my favorite IPA brewers, and consistently provide high quality IPAs.

Well, first things first: this one poured more chunky than that one monkey. I’m talking floaties giving birth to floaties here. Yep, this one isn’t even a Monet: even from afar there is no winner in this beers chicken dinner. That being said… Hello Georgia meets Fiji in the damn aroma because it is beautifully potent in like the smoothest of ways (a Benji Molina triple? Yeah, let’s go there). The aroma smashes your tongue like how we all wish the astroid did in “Armageddon” - waboom the aroma is good. On top of that is super a juicy taste (almost too much for my liking), but it plays things delicately enough (like Jackie Robinson leading off of third base), that’s it’s all good and super safe (even if Yoga Berra says it isn’t).

S - Smells of citrus.

Living reflection from a dream. Not quite that good, but I did start humming Zeppelin. A strong milky smooth sip of tangerine. Pours a light orange haze with a moderate head. The nose is all sweet citrus and the taste follows with a little sticky icky. The oats pull the citra in and give it an smoothly sweet tangerine feel.
If i were measuring a summer's day, I would have to say, that this style overall is past its zenith for me. Like Jimmy Page, I can no longer be faithful, but I can't help thinking how it used to be. Does she still remember times like these? To think of us again? And I do

16 oz can picked up from the General Store a week or so ago, kept cold. Dated 11/6/19
pours a hazy opaque yellow in color, huge rocky head that holds its shape above the rim of the glass. great head retention as I drink. very nice aroma of orange, tangerine, apricot, melon. similar flavor, with a touch of earthy grassy notes mixed in. Mild underlying bitterness. medium bodied, softer mouthfeel and carbonation.
