Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass.

Pours a mostly clear straw color with a healthy 2 fingers of bright white head. Not much retention but leaves a fair bit of lacing.

The aroma is all pilsner malt up front; bready and subtly sweet, followed by a wave of orange citrus and rindy lemon zest. The back end is quite grassy with some very subtle notes of honey wheat and grains. Aroma is on point for the style.

The flavor is a bit more yeasty than expected. Lots of dough and wheat with some subtle hints of citrus on the finish.

The feel is about right. Lighter in body with lively, prickly carbonation. Very crisp.

Overall, a pretty damn good pilsner. The flavor is lacking a bit but this is still a great summer beer and a solid representation of the style.

I don't think it's retired because I just bought a 4 pack yesterday at the fermemteria. Juicy balanced hoppy pilsner...it's absolutely phenomenal.

Let's just say I'm not going to rate this as I would a New Glarus Pils. I'm going to rate it on how much I enjoyed the beer. ;)

Poured 16oz can into tall Pils glass. It is not clear, but very cloudy pale yellow with a 2.5 finger white head. Aroma is bright citrus with good amount of orange and tangerine. Some light malt and wheat add to it. Flavor is citra hopped with good semi sweet orange and tangerine that does not become too bitter. Malt is light, as it should be, and cracker like complimenting the hops well. Feel is lighter, maintains a crispness and slightly dry finish. Not exactly to style, but who cares, I really enjoyed it!

Pours a beautiful crisp clear bright straw yellow. Nose is hard boiled egg and light cracker. Taste of cracker malt, light kiss of citrus, bread and hint of sulfer. A little bit of bread yeast in there as well. Excellent carbonation for the style. Nice clean dry finish to the beer. Medium body with slightly creamy texture. Excellent beer. Having been on the haze craze for awhile this beer made me remember how solid a great Pilsner can be. Nice work Tired Hands!

Hands down one of the best Pilsners I've yet to encounter. Great aroma, vibrant & juicy. Nice touch of hops with a great feel & clean finish.
