Golden in color with a white head that eventually gives way to a ring around the glass. Nose is pineapple and fresh cut grass. Taste is more pineapple, fresh cut grass, and a bit of mint. The wood ads a level of complexity but is not overpowering. These guys are good.

500 ml bottle poured into a teku
Appearance: Pours pours a golden yellow color with less than a finger of a white head that settles to a thin ring. Body is hazy with moderate visible carbonation.
Smell: Lemon, oak, spicy/funky yeast, grass and melon.
Taste: Strong tartness with notes of lemon, herb, grass, pepper and citrus. Nice hop character with a mild accompanying bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light medium bodied with a crisp feel and medium fine carbonation. Super dry finish.
Overall: Really nice dry hopped saison. Lots of flavor and insanely drinkable. Definitely worth trying.

500 ml bottle. Hazy golden, small white head. Great retention. Aromas of wheat, funk, oak and grassy hops. Flavor is a quick dry hop bite, funk, tartness and a bit of citrus. Maybe a little young now, but quite good.

One of the best saisons I have ever had. Given the description on the bottle, I was expecting something close to Hill Farmstead Dorothy, as it is a saison that is dry hopped like Dorothy is. But it far exceeds Dorothy and stands toe to toe with the HF "shelf" saisons I have had. Nose has hints of grass, hops, and that wonderful saison funk. Taste is fantastic- hops are there but never at the forefront and the finish is beautifully dry. A true masterpiece. I had heard so much about TH prior to trying this, and this beer proves the hype is real. Seek out!
