Super drinkable, clean saison from Tired Hands. Not the usual hazy-dirty brew you expect from this brewery. Pours bright and transparent, with a vivacious head and high carbonation.
Smells like true spring water, hay, subtle funkiness and fireworks. A bit of Witch Hazel-like astringency and wet Band-Aid. The same goes for the taste, which has a sharp lemony flavor, ocean waves and hops. I don't get any oak, foudre or wood, though...
The mouthfeel is too thin and watery and brings down this brew quite a bit. It could use more carbonation and a bigger body. Overall, it goes down easy but it gets boring after a couple of sips. I would not revisit, and certainly would not stand in line at the brewery for this release.
