Pours a hazy straw color with a soapy white head, the nose has tart, fruity, funky aromas, and a nice earthy aroma underneath.
The taste is very tart and funky, and there is a peach flavor, but it’s subtle, which is a really good thing - there’s more than enough tart and funk to go around, and an overwhelming amount of peach flavors would detract from how refreshing this saison is.
The mouthfeel is crisp and dry and lively, adding to the refreshing nature of the beer. It’s done so very well, which isn’t surprising, given the prowess of the brewery.

750ml corked and capped bottle into Night Shift stemware. Shared by schen9303.
Nose is stonefruit tartness, a bit of citrus and a foamy yeastiness. Aromatic and to the point. Delicious. Beer opens tart peach and apricot. Pit and skin in the middle with a tart juiciness that creeps in slowly. Another sip produces notes of peppercorn, cream and unripened peach. Similar flavors in the finish with some wet wood lingering in the back at the finish. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly on the palate and goes down puckering with a lingering, filmy aftertaste.
A really impressive beer though I don't know if this is better than the non-fruited version.

Pours a nice golden color. 1 finger white head. Retention is good.
The nose is mellow peach aroma. Not as strong as expected, but still pleasing.
Taste really strong peach, a lot more than expected from the nose.
Very bubbly. Lot like champagne.
Tasty and refreshing.

Poured from a corked bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear pale golden pour with 1 finger of fizzy white head. Falls fast... modest lacing. A few bits of debris at the bottom of the glass.
S: Tart and vinegary. White wine, green fruit, and a bit of funk.
T.F: Follows the nose. Tart without being sour. Funk and apple cider vinegar. Grape must and oak... white wine.. where's the peach? Somewhat there at the finish but wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't on the bottle. Granny smith apples and pear. Light bodied... well carbonated.
O: Very enjoyable... but honestly hard to tell apart from regular old Ourison and half again as expensive. The peach part underwhelmed.

Pours a slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with straw/pineapple-hued edges and a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Pretty good retention, lasting for most of the duration with sporadic streak of soapy lacing left behind. Paler than expected.
Sweet, slightly funky aroma with a nice white wine barrel presence and prominent juicy peach character. Delicate oak with some sweaty funk, strong citric acidity and subtle lactic funk. Fuzzy peach skins, juicy tropical fruit, slight oak, musty Brett, lactic cheesiness, hay, straw, barnyard funk, bready yeast and light fruit esters. There's a lot going on here but the acidity, funky bugs and insanely juicy fleshy peaches really stand out.
Lighter body than expected. Tart, crisp and very easy to drink with a decent amount of citrus. Acidity and lactic funk countered by barnyard/saison character, delicate oak, sweaty Brett, tropical fruit, bready yeast and vinous white wine. Dry tannins and fuzzy peach skins along with juicy peach flesh, guava and stone fruit sweetness. Faint bitterness but there's a very nice balance of oak, vinous wine flavor, tart citric acidity, lactic funk, farmhouse yeast, bread and light malt. Just bursting with juicy, fleshy peaches adding another dimension to their barrel aged wild saison.

500ml bottle poured into nonic pint no date
A: big creamy fat stark white head that disappears quickly the body is a dirty straw color almost like a hefe the beer laces the glass like crazy
S: sour smell with lemons and ver light peaches and a little bit of an odd cooked sausage smell on the end
T: vinegar sour lots of lemon and light bits of peaches on the end
M: very effervescent makes the mouth feel a lot more full than the beer actually is
O: its an ok beer its not fery sour and I am not a 100% sure I could have identified that as peaches if it wasn't on the bottle. I am not a sour fan but I have had better sours than this.

Light, white peach flavor, lemon, mineral water, stone fruits, lacto and oak. Light, bubbly, tart and refreshing. Not bad, but looking for a little more peach flavor.

500 ml bottle poured into a teku
A-Slightly hazy golden straw with a fluffy two finger white head.
S- Slightly tart, peach skins/faint peaches, lemons, peppercorns, some hay/funk, nice light malts.
T- Tart, peach skins, lemons, some peppercorns, slight funk, some oak, peach is mild, but nice.
M- Smooth, light body.
O- A well done Saison, pretty standard for Tired Hands saisons. As far as peaches go I would have liked You Are The Emptiness to be released again, but this is still worth trying!

Bottle shared by Paul. Thanks man.
Hazy yellow body with a quarter inch of white head. Aromas of peach, white wine, wood, light floral notes. Light and elegant. Peach character is present but mild. Lovely white wine and even white grape / grape skin character. Tasty.
