Pour presents a nice funky nose... On the palate balanced tartness, funk, grass, salt and back end citrus. Packed with all the characteristics I like in a gose both salty and refreshing.

Thanks to my brother for sharing this with me from the 1l growler in a goblet chilled.
The color is tarnished golden with hazed look and thin white head that settles to a ring of beads. The smell has a mild funky almost cheesy quality with citrus sour-like smell and a fruity element. The feel is very good with moderately tart quality with moderate carbonation and mostly dry mineral-like quality with subtle spice.
The taste is very good the mild malt flavor is dominated by the wild yeast in the taste with some lemon-like zestiness and slight saltiness in the middle with a light dry finish. This is a great beer for quaffing -it does not drink like an almost 7% gose, no...very deceptive and drinkable.
