A: Semi-opaque lemonade-y straw yellow lightly glowing in the glass.
S: Lemon juice, green apple, and sweet malt. Oats really come through in the nose to balance out the tartness of the fruits. Low on the funk scale.
T: Boldly fruity in a not-quite-ripe-but-not-quite-tart kinda way. Similar to the nose, a rich malt backbone courtesy of the oats provides a sweetness that rounds out some sharp citrus, crabapple, and berry notes. Strong oak presence through the taste helps dry out the finish a bit, but it's definitely sweet for a saison.
M: Creamy and luscious. Soft on the tongue, but a bit too heavy and sweet to qualify as "refreshing." No hint of ABV.
O: More of a early spring / late fall kinda saison, not something I'd want too much of on a hot summer day. I really enjoy the combination of the experimental hop and the oats, as I feel the fruit flavors represented here are somewhat atypical for the style. Really delicious stuff, a great beer to share with some friends.

Poured on tap at the brewery.
Was unfortunately not a fan of this one. It was a bit darker than I expect a saison to be, and the aroma and flavor was far too sweet for my liking. Was not nearly as tart as expected, and in fact, the tartness was barely noticeable to me.
There was definitely a noticeable oak character, but I think it was a bit overpowering.
I'd love to try this again, as I only had it once and I am a huge fan of saisons. But my first impression left a lot to be desired.
