Notes:
This first Believer's Club Bottle represents a confluence of some of our most favorite aspects of brewing: Saison, mangos, and hops. Fermented and conditioned with our magickal Saison yeast in French oak barrels. It was conditioned atop a copious amount of mango at a rate of one and a half pounds per gallon of beer and then dry hopped with Mosaic. Many thanks for your interest and enthusiasm in our craft over the years... It means the world to us!

750ml bottle, served in a snifter glass. Pours a medium straw yellow body, slightly hazy, one finger white head, good retention, bits of lacing. Smells of mango and lemon zest; pepper and a light amount of funk, mild acetic tartness, that mosaic tapioca sweetness comes across here as well. Lemon and touch of leather. Fascinating. Flavour is similarly interesting; the mosaic adds that aforementioned tapioca sweetness without much bitterness, a little bit of resin, but for the most part, it is cereal, citrus zest/orange peel, mango sweetness, mild acetic tartness, a bit of oak and leather. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, slightly dry, mango on the finish. Overall, a very interesting blend of hops and mango; it's interesting how they can get so much mango flavour to come across in a wild ale such as this- it seems like mango typically gets eaten up. It's like its counterpart CD15 in terms of how the mango plays with the rest of the elements of the beer.

This was just tremendous - essentially a jacked-up version of Rustic Pentagram. Tons of mango flavor that fits so well with the Mosaic dry hop. One of the best oak-aged saisons I've had from Tired Hands. Can't wait to see what they do for Believers Club Bottles 2 and 3.

Got to try this beer fresh and aged, I have to say I think it was better fresh. However, it poured out as a hazy yellow color with a decent white head on it. The smell was heavy with mangoes which was awesome. The taste was just as good with similar flavors from the melons and yeast. The feel was a little on the thicker side but still good. Overall it was a very nice saison.
