Notes:
Yuzu Triple IPA. Brewed with a bunch of oats. Hopped at a silly rate with Simcoe, Galaxy, Azacca, and Equinox. Conditioned on fresh yuzu juce.

Pours merky dark orange with a nice white head. Aroma is pineapple, pine and orange. Taste follows the nose with a dank middle with a citrus lemon zest finish. Great triple. Alcohol is well hidden.

I wasn't sure what to expect, never having had a triple IPA before. I only got one four pack to sample, but I sure wish I had more! This was not a super hoppy bitter ale, which was my deepest fear.
The pour didn't have much head, which may be the only knock, but I'm no expert pourer either. The nose was full of character, all types of citrus, orange, pineapple, pine, the combination of which reminded me slightly of dank KBs! A juicy burst of flavor in the palate, strong citrus but not incredibly tart or sweet. Even my GF, who doesn't like IPAs said this beer was awesome. Tired hands has rekindled my taste for IPAs, after all the overhopped ones made me weary of them. I'll be back in line again when they release more, well worth the time waiting in line at the Fermenteria!
