Experimental IPA brewed with spelt and oats. Hopped singularly and intensely with experimental hop variety #11405 from our friends at Hopsteiner. Tons of red and white grape notes on this one.

Pours milky yellow with a ring of white head.
Nose is straight up Welchs grape juice. Some mango and melon as it warms.
Hop profile is really interesting but maybe not my favorite. Grape dominant. Very drinkable and smooth though. Some earth, pine, and melon to balance it out.
Mouthfeel is medium.
Overall, I'd like to see this hop used in a smaller quantity with something else to balance it. A solid experimental beer though.

Had on-tap at the brewery, 8 oz pour into a fluted glass.
L: Cloudy medium to light golden pour. Foamy white head leaves great lacing.
S: Citrus and tropical fruit... grape must.
T/F: Malty backbone with a fairly typical 'Tired Hands' hop profile augmented with grape juice. Citrus, mango, and melon flavors... not overly bitter. Well balanced and delicious. Medium in body and well carbonated. Grape must on the finish.
O: Another tasty 'Tired Hands' IPA. I know it's a shocker, but these guys know their way around some hops. Glad I got the chance to try it.

From draft at TH. Pours a straw yellow with a nice head. Typically hazy. More tropical fruit than grapes to me, with a nice bitter finish. Very tasty
