Grafted Humanoid is our Gewürtzraminer Double IPA brewed with pillowy malted oats and raw wheat. Then, during fermentation we dosed it with a heavy amount of fresh pressed juice from one of our favorite white wine grape varietals, Gewürztraminer. It was then intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with our most favorite and enduring hops Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, and one of our newer favorites, Hallertau Blanc. Tons of lychee, white gummi bear, and fresh blackberry notes. Deceivingly crisp and bright.

Well the Christmas Eve plowing of Tired Hands beers continues out here in the lonely desert that is Northern Nevada.
Pours a hazy yellow with a thin 1/3" white head. Aroma hits those funky white wine grapes and proprietary hop notes.
Taste, nice, still has that grape quotient that has a funky mustiness like the Nelson hop, even if it isn't here, it has that edginess to it. Comparable to Trillium's dialed in w/ gurtz, but this one is a little juicier and less dry, less bitter, less hot notes. This was softer and easier to drink. The berry notes were more humid than juicy. Malt bill is more akin to the pale toasted malts and some wheat thrown in type of NE Ipa than any west coast one.
I thought it was a good beer that elevated itself beyond what people normally talk about in this style.

Nice one from the Ardmore crew, dank on the front end with bits of citrus. Not noticing the 8% but that's a good thing right?

Bitter hop bite..tropical scent..thin feel for such a hazy appearance..hardly any malt bill. A decent IPA not worth going out of your way for but worth trying.

white grape, herbal, pithy grapefruit, some mellow peach, lemony and citric. pretty soft mouthfeel and overall the drinkability of this is reall high given the ABV. some delicious stuff!
