From draft at TH. From the tap list: "Apricot & Cherry Saison 7.5% Brewed in June of 2017 with our gentle friends Tim and Jon from Sante Adairius. Constructed from a base of spelt & oat malt, hopped lightly with Callista, and primary fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast. Conditioned atop a literal ton of Lancaster County Montmorency cherries from our friend Ben Wenk and heaps of apricot purée, and inoculated with Sante Adairius' house mixed culture. Lightly tart, pungent with ripe fruit complexity, and just pretty darn pretty. Notes of fuzzy apricot, crisp minerality, austere tartness, and juicy cherry." Very tart, indeed.

This one pours a lightly hazy pink-ish orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like dirty earthy funk, dank citrus, apricot, pear, white wine, light cherry, grass, and grapefruit. This smells stupid delicious.
It also tastes stupid delicious. This has some of the most interesting funk I've ever gotten from a beer- that intersection of TH and SARA funk has created some delicious flavors here. The funk is dirty and herbal, but also brightly citrusy and sunny, with grass, grapefruit, basement funk, and white wine barrel. There's definitely more apricot than cherry, and both are very subtly used- the base saison and wild yeast is more the star here.
This is light bodied, crisp, and very drinkable, with a soft sparkling feel to the carbonation.
This is a crazy good beer that shows the best sides of both breweries.

Pours a nice slightly hazy yellow color with a rapid fading white head. The smell has a decent tart funkiness to it. The taste has a nice intel cherry note which blends well with the apricot and other tart flavors. The feel is sharp and dry. Overall a nice saison.
