Big thanks to yourefragile for muling and Thorpe429 for footing the bill on a bunch of Tired Hands stuff. Served in a Hill Farmstead wine glass.
A - Golden hay color with thin lacing.
S - Totally a Hill Farmstead beer. The nose up front is all that moderate citrusy dankness. There is also a good amount of pine as well.
T - Very good citrus and slight dank pine up front. I love the finish. The best way to describe it is lemon bar. Bite into a lemon bar, chew, swallow. The lingering massive lemon/slifght powdered sugar/moderate graham cracker crumble is exactly what the aftertaste on this is. Well, with a bit of hop bitterness there as well. Just...fascinating.
M - Pretty much dead on for a 6% hoppy beer. Light on the tongue but plenty of body to hold up to the hop character.
O - My notes simply say "winner winner chicken dinner" and that seems plenty apt for this beer. Tired Hands is on their way up, and Hill Farmstead remains at the top of the f'n mountain.

Pours a golden amber color, full, dense white head, some sticky lacing. Strong notes of juicy, yet bitter, grapefruit, tangerine and tropical fruit, lightly floral and spicy, crackery malts burried beneath juicyness. Taste brings firmly bitter, lightly sweet and juicy hops, clearn and fresh but delicate, more floral notes, crackery with a spicy kick. Medium bodied, dry. Solid collaboration with fantastic scent, just maybe a touch meek in hop flavor.

Big thanks to yourefragile. Served in Tired Hands stemware. Hazy light yellow. Short head. Nose is insane with dank hops and lemon rind. Citrus. Flavor is over the top. Great lemon. Bitter. Dry. Hands down one of the best hoppy beers I've ever had. No surprise given the brewers involved.
