Recent addition to Tired Hands lineup. Pours a hazy light golden color with tons of hop aroma jumping out of the glass. Pine sap, mango and some citrus in a huge dank hop nose. Taste follows suit. Big hop punch with enough malt backbone to carry the beer all the way through. Great mouth feel. This is really a great beer and another winner by Tired Hands.

5/9/17 - On tap at TRIA in Philly. Served in their tall stemmed, signature T tecu glass. Cloudy with firm white head. Looking good. Couldn't quite grasp the aroma, but the taste was nice and crisp. A tasty pour from Tired Hands, but I've enjoyed so many others of theirs a bit more than this one.

@ Fermentaria

Solid cloudy pale gold under a head of thick, white mousse. Aromas of grapefruit, mellow alcohol, melon, and light weed. Thick hoppy flavor, yet easy to drink...grapefruit, pineapple, mango, and dank spiciness. Soft medium body - not too heavy - dry finish. Another typically good TH hoppy beer.

Thanks to Michael for the growler. Served in Tired Hands stemware. Pours a clear golden color. Nice head and lacing. Heavy resinous hops. Quite dank. Very crisp and quite bitter. Light body. Touch of booze. Light stone and tropical fruit. Actually reminds me quite a bit of Pliny the Elder. The body and bitterness are very nice, but I could use a touch more hop flavor and aroma. Otherwise, quite good.

32oz growler poured into Spiegelau tulip.

A: Pours an attractive, very cloudy yellowish-orange with about 2 fingers of off-white head.

S: Very sweet and pungent - Mango, tangerine, peach, pineapple, and oddly enough - a hint of cinnamon.

T: Flavor seems muted after such intensity from the nose. Bitter and pungent up front - Tangerine, peach, apricot, and slightly piney. A mild malty finish with a trace of alcohol. A bit dry.

M: Creamy medium body with relatively strong carbonation.

O: The taste is somewhat of a disappointment after providing such a wonderful aroma. The flavors seem a to lack that certain intensity I look for in a DIPA. All in all still a good DIPA, but far from the top of my list.

First had: on tap at the brewpub

Poured a clearish golden-yellow color with a healthy, foamy, white head; moderate retention and beautiful stratified lacing. Aroma is full of hop goodness, pine, citrus, grass; biscuity pale malts in the background. The taste mirrored the aroma well, the hoppage is crisp and accessible, not at all oily or overpowering, which made it feel more like a single IPA than a double on the palate, fresh and clean, not musty or palate-wrecking, notes of citrus, pine, grass, biscuity malt base. Body is just about medium, smooth and drinkable. Actually, when it comes to DIPAs, I like them potent and intense. This beer is not that, so it's not really exemplary of the style, I felt, but you still get a nice solid IPA here.

On draft this was wonderful. Standard tired hands ipa, bursting with fruity floral dry hop aroma, extremely cloudy, great body. Somewhat sweet on the back; though that is the style these days. Overall excellent
