Cloudy orange juice looking concoction with a finger of white head. Heavy lacing.

Saison yeast aroma with papaya, banana and pineapple behind.

Very sweet taste -- almost sickly so -- with a touch of sour, too. Honestly, this is like straight up sour mix. Very little traditional "saison" flavor cuts through. A touch of grassiness does linger in the background though.

Medium bodied with very strong carbonation in the mouthfeel.

My least favorite Tired Hands to date. Way too sweet.

Poured from a bomber into a tulip

L: Cloudy light golden pour. Two fingers of foamy white head. Great lacing.

S: A bit of funk... citrus and lemongrass... spice.

T/F: Taste is fantastic... tart... almost sour, with yeasty goodness and some definite funk. Lemongrass and citrus but also some sweet honey notes. Tastes nothing like a Saison... a but medicinal. Great carbonation. Finish is dry.

O: A pretty awesome beer, no matter how you characterize it. Tart and funky.... but not overly sour. Delicious, drinkable, and a real treat.

12/2/16. Jesus, they make fantastic saisons. It's like overripe peaches, in a good way. Estery, dry, weizenartig.

I almost feel like I'm being generous with this review score. Terribly flat, bone dry, and slightly rancid.

Price was prohibitive I would not buy again or recommend.

Bottle purchased at Tired Hands Fermentaria in Ardmore, PA.

This one pours a dark-ish orange, with a small head, and a good amount of lacing.

Smells like honey, hay funk, oak, mango/other citrus, and a bit of grassiness.

This isn't quite as good as Ourison, but still nice. It's sweeter than I expected, with a nice sweet honey flavor, along with a slight tartness, some oak, soft creamy citrus flavor.

This has a slightly creamy mouthfeel, and a normal level of carbonation.

This was super drinkable, and the 9% ABV didn't show itself at all.
