Notes / Commercial Description:
Soft & Beautiful Pale Ale. 5.5% Brewed with spelt and a touch of Meyer lemon zest/juice. Hopped with Motueka, Cascade, and a bit of Galaxy and Zythos for good measure. Fermented with PA wildflower honey. Notes of bright citrus, clean & crisp malt, green grass, and heaven flowers.

A- a light yellow body that is a patented tired hands hazy glow with great lacing. Very bright. Another mouth watering vibrant color
S- very lemony and citric scent that is both zesty and juicy. I can pull the the galaxy hop scent out from the profile. So clean and smooth with a hoppy scent
T- juicy as heaven dream bursts with citric and delicious combination of tropical flavor and a citric hurricane of flavor. Zesty and sweet with an upcoming bitterness that is very pleasing. The galaxy hops round of the brew as refreshing as it getS
M- crisp and carbonated just right. Great feel
O- heaven dream is absolutely outstanding drinkable pale ale with fantastic citric features. Reminds me of a lighter double galaxy from HF. Great brews
