I had this on-tap at the brewery, served in a tasting glass.

The beer pours a murky yellow color with a very small amount of white head. The nose has an herbal quality to it with a touch of grain sweetness and some citrus peel. The taste has more citrus than the smell. There is a hint of cilantro that compliments the herbal note from the yeast. The light grain sweetness backs up the herbal notes nicely. The finish is quite dry.

First had: on tap at TH

Poured a hazy, pale yellow with a frothy white head that retained well and left sheets of lacing on the glass. Herbal aroma, lemongrass, toasted grains. Well-balanced taste, juicy lime, candied citrus zest, grassy and herbal hops, light notes of toasted grains; cilantro was in the background. Crisp and fresh, as would be expected from Tired Hands, light-medium body, soft carbonation, pleasantly drinkable.

The pour is an unfiltered straw yellow with a tight white head. The nose has an earthy musky yeast, notes of mushroom, lemon, clove. The taste has lots of musky yeast, very dry finish and a gentle carbonation. There is a lemon and light spiced clove in back.
